process
The process began by understanding the requirements and the end-to-end user journey. This was done through a series of interviews with the different user groups of the platform.
After gathering insights from these interviews, I created a set of journey maps that detailed each step of the user interactions and experiences across the platform. This map helped identify key touchpoints and potential areas for improvement.

Polished user journeys demarcating the various users
Given the rapid pace of the startup environment, I had to bypass the wireframing stage and proceed directly to the design phase.
The screens encompassed the traveler interface, a comprehensive booking management system, and a dedicated portal for aircraft owners to review and approve booking requests.
